Rebranding Express Water

I led Express Water in a total rebranding of all copy and visual assets. This included the creation of new product packaging, home sales website, 3rd party sales listings, installation manuals and videos, a Brand Guidelines book, emails, landing page sales funnels, customer service guidelines, and countless other projects.

Express Water experienced an explosion of growth, including a dramatic increase in overall sales, percentage of completed checkouts, and a drop in the percentage of customers needing customer service interaction. The new Amazon listing for their flagship product grew to become Amazon's Overall Choice for the category and several other products experienced similar growth.
